When an order email arrives, LineNow runs OCR on attachments (PDFs, scans, spreadsheets, photos) and uses AI to extract the line items, quantities (including cases, layers, and pallets), unit prices, ship-to details, and any PO or confirmation numbers. It matches items to your catalog by SKU, name, or brand and assembles an order for your team to check against the original message.
